We ship via FedEx. For standard, in-stock orders, our warehouse team strives to ship your purchase within 1 business day, excluding Saturday & Sunday. For Standard Ground shipments, most orders are delivered within one week. Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped on the next business day. We also offer Express Saver, 2-Day, & Standard Overnight services for faster delivery.

By choosing the Standard Overnight, Express Saver, or 2-Day service during checkout, we will expedite orders for in-stock items.
Standard Overnight provides next-business-day delivery for all orders placed by 12pm EST Monday through Friday. (Note: Delivery to and from many areas in Alaska & Hawaii takes 2 business days).

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient, because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, consider the following:
- Provide us with a phone number where you can be reached by customs when the product arrives. This phone will be listed on the commercial invoice so customs can reach you to clear your order.
- Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from carriers regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
- We do not refund original shipment charges for goods that are refused for delivery at customs.
When pre-ordering a Coastal HOBO item, the product is reserved for you. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is placed. We Coastal HOBO will ship your order as soon as it arrives at our warehouse. Please keep in mind that we are unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are estimated dates provided by our manufacturer in Turkey.Custom/Special Orders
